Geweldig

Verbleven bij familie

The property is very well maintained and in a great location. It was a bit strange having the to check in at another property first - and when we got there, there was no-one and we had to wait about 15 mins before someone came to the reception. But the checking in process was fast and the staff helped us get our luggage into the apartment. The apartment was clean and well provisioned.

Rooms were well appointed and the staff member- that checked us in- was quite helpful- walking us and helping with luggage to the offsite building. My only recommendation- not sure if I missed it in the description- is that there is no lift- which was a bit challenging heading to the 4th floor. Def was exactly what I needed for this trip. Thank you.

Great location and very nice room with helpful staff. We stayed in the rooms round the corner so can't comment on the hotel building itself or the breakfast.

Lots of steps to the 3rd floor. Toilet was broken, flushed but would not shut off without messing with the buttons. Couldn’t turn on TV. Remote needed batteries but it took staff two days to find and replace remote. Couldn’t watch Soccer!

We had a bit of trouble finding the check in hotel but that was to be expected after travelling and showing up hot and frustrated amidst a heat wave. Once we found it there was cold water available in the lobby that we graciously chugged while cooling off waiting for the desk attendant. We were walked to the property which was only a few short minutes around the corner. I found it very helpful to have keyless entry so I didn’t have to worry about losing a key card or key. Our room was up three flights of 20 stairs so keep that in mind when booking some of the rooms - although there is a lift in the actual hotel, there was not one for the classic room we booked so I was glad we did not have giant suitcases to drag up there. This was our first stop at the start of a 3 week vacation so I do wish I had booked a slightly larger room so that I could open both of our suitcases and have a bit more space when repacking upon checkout, but it did do the trick for the short stay we had booked (2 nights).

Comfortable and stylish room in a quiet but convenient location, moments from the Grand Canal and a few minutes walk to the Ponte Rialto. Good air conditioning and a handy shared kitchen. Great for solo travellers as well as couples.

Clean, tidy and air-conditioned. Bathroom was great too. It’s a great apartment to stay in. Very quiet area as well.
