This hotel is located in the town of Ghardaia, on the banks of Wadi Mzab, a perfect place from which to explore the treasures of the Sahara Desert and its oasis towns and villages. Among other things the area is famous for its carpets and its historical buildings like the Sidi Brahim Mosque. Trekking either by foot, or by camel or by 4x4 is the most popular activity, and there are plenty of national parks and nature reserves to walk through, such as the Tassili n'Ajjer National Park.
