The room and the entire property were beautiful, full of charm, and impeccably clean. Everything was very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind and provided outstanding hospitality throughout my stay. I would definitely love to stay here again.

スタッフの皆様、お食事、館内の清潔さ、どれも素晴らしいものでした。 食事は「温かいものは温かく」「冷たいものは冷たく」という当たり前をしっかり守るのは難しいのに心配りにより完璧でした。もちろんメニュー、お味も満足。館内は全て完璧に清潔でしたし、スタッフの皆様の色々先回りで気配りしてくださるのも最高でした。 本当は全て完璧と評価したかったのですが、あえて書くなら、他のお部屋のスライドドアの開閉時の「ゴロゴロ」という音が聞こえること、客室内のシャワーの水圧だけ残念でしたが、それを超えるサービスで「また行きたい」お宿No.1です。

Amazing staff, I still remember the warmth of their welcome and goodbye. Experienced the cozy atmosphere in their traditional Japanese style building, every room/facility got a meaningful Japanese name. Great view in private dining room. Easily accessible, whether it’s by train or their shuttle service. Private onsen is great. Public onsen is a bit small. Don’t expect many things to do when going for a walk nearby, but it’s fine for those who like quiet rural areas. Usually people take trains to visit surrounding places.

비가오니 대략 6시쯤 이라고 말씀드린 시간을 기억하셔서 주차장에서 우산을 가지고 기다리시던 직원분으로 이 료칸이 얼마나 손님에게 정성이 가득하신지 알수있습니다 극진한 환대와 배웅 참으로 오랜만에 정통료칸의 정수를 보고가네요 감사했습니다

部屋風呂がとても良かったです。また部屋着とパジャマがあるので寛げました。部屋のカギは1つしかないのが不便でした、設備が全体的に古いですが、清潔です。スタッフは親切

年季が入った旅館ですがとても清潔にしてあります。お食事も大満足。とにかく女将をはじめ、スタッフの方全員が素晴らしい接客で気持ちが良いです。お気に入りのお宿なのでぜひリピートしたいです。

The experience was absolutely great. Food, room and service -- No better words to describe except for the fact that one should experience Komeya on his or her own. I highly recommend this hotel.
