Very clean and helpful staff

Clean room, great breakfast, excellent service. Same quality as other blossom hotels.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, smells wonderful, and is in a wonderful location. You have the Don Quixote across the street and the food market, and there is so much near the area. The room was beautiful, spacious. Nice bathroom, and the price was good, especially seeing as I was able to get it almost at the last minute. I definitely would stay here again! You won’t regret it.

The hotel is well centralized in naha, near all the shopping areas and restaurants. While the rooms are pretty small as expected in Japan, they are well equipped and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Would recommend for good price.

Room was spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Would be nice if they had more laundry facilities but not a big deal.

I adore this hotel. It is in the perfect central location between the train station and the famous Okinawa Center street. The staff was exceptionally professional. The breakfast was phenomenal. However, they don't really change out the breakfast menu. Be aware that it is the same every day. Since it is a central location, you could easily walk out and find anything your heart desires. The hotel policy doesnt offer cleaning every day either, but they do come inside your room to take out the trash and change the towels. However, you could always contact the front desk for full cleaning. The lighting inside the room was also not bright enough for makeup application. They are currently using this yellow lighting, which makes makeup hard to see. Overall. Great experience.

I would rate this the best hotel room we’ve stayed at in Japan. I loved all of the little extras that they provided - charging cable for my side of the bed, free face masks and lovely extra toiletries. The bathroom especially had a large free standing bath with large window and a wet room shower. Very comfortable chair for lounging. All made for a little piece of relaxation heaven 😊

Clean room and the staff are very nice. I booked 3 rooms and they were able to put 3 rooms next to each other. Location is conveniently next to everything. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
