The stay was AMAZING.The staff were so Kind and gentle. The food was Great and unlimited. The jetsky experience. The beach is small but clean. This going to be my 2nd home. Thanks for this exclusive experience in cancun.

Fantastisch
Beautiful, clean hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always smiling and went out of their way to make sure guests had a great experience. The buffet restaurant was very good, with a varied menu each day. We also made complimentary reservations for one night at the Italian restaurant and one night at the Mexican restaurant. While both restaurants were enjoyable, I found the food a little bland for my taste. The pool and beach areas were excellent, with easy access and plenty of space to relax. We also took the ferry to the island, which was a great experience and a nice addition to our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this hotel to others.

everything was perfect exept in the front desk , employees were great but only one employee checking in for about 30 people trying to check in . took more than one hour to check in

As what I consider a value resort in Cancun, all of my expectations were met. The beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, the food was average but they do their best to try to make it upscale and the drinks were average. One thing I did not like was that they had zero options, other than water, for drinks not containing fake sugar. All I wanted was a real Mexican Coke made with real sugar and there were none to be found.

The buffet food was not great. The meals were not tasty. The staff was okay but the customer service could be better. The room was clean and cool. It was easy getting around the resort. I didn’t like the beach, the water wasn’t clean or enjoyable.
