very nice and clean

Nice hotel and friendly staff; very accommodating. The resort itself is a bit outdated and so are the amenities so it could use some updates. I would've liked to have some kind of restaurant or bar so that we could just stay in and enjoy the pool. Overall, not a place to stay just dont expect too much.

We had a great stay! We stayed in a 3br/3ba and it was an excellent value. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. We were there to visit the parks and it was an easy 15 minute drive.

Clean room

very spacious rooms. Very responsive staff. Very helpful. Lots of an amenities. Plenty of things for the kids to do. Wish we were staying longer.!! We’ll definitely be our first choice from now on when we are heading to Orlando.

Upon checking in we were brought to a VIP area for check in and pitched a thing for a timeshare we said we would go but once Deniza printed the paper she tells us it is a contract that if we don’t show to the 90 minute showing and sales pitch we would have to pay a fee of $100 dollars. Absolutely not going to sign a contract that is a little ridiculous I told her I didn’t feel comfortable with signing that and I am going to opt out of the tour. She kept trying to be insistent and seemed like she didn’t want to take no for an answer. Told me there would be a continental breakfast for free to convince me. I still said no then got a text message the following day telling me I was still schedule to go. Absolutely not I texted Deniza and told her. Besides that it seemed clean and smelled fresh besides Carpets were dingy and dirty definitely needs to be cleaned or replaced. The room seems a little dated dressers were broken. My family and I was sitting at the table eating and instead of knocking A Maintenance man and young lady just walked in unannounced…that was a little uncomfortable just to hand us a few knifes and a cutting board telling us they forgot to put it in the room before we got their. Swimming pool was great, hot tub was right next to it and the views were nice. Room had a balcony which was a nice touch!

Overall it was improving now. This is our 5 th time staying . Only one thing was not appropriate bc staff who gave perking permit was rude when I refused for free holiday package and rejected preview . He never said thank you or nothing when we left fr his counter. 😃 everybody was so polite and helpful. Rooms are more upgrade and cleaner now. Very happy to stay. My future plan is to buy time share .

This is our 2nd vacation here and we give it a PERFECT 10. The resort is located in a very quiet neighborhood, away from the busyness of Orlando. The property has beautiful flowers, which makes it even more amazing. There are several activities each day for all ages. The staff that we have encountered via phone and in person were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. We absolutely love it and consider it to be our “home away from home.”
