The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were also very polite and professional. This is my fourth time staying in this hotel.

This is an excellent and elegant hotel which we enjoyed greatly! The staff are attentive, kind, and immensely helpful. The property is immaculately clean. The amenities, such as restaurants, are outstanding. The buffet breakfast was world class. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Staff was very helpful - they even brought you to your room and pushed the luggage for you. The hotel was very clean and exceptional. Room size was adeqaute. Room was well furnished and very clean. Breakfast was exceptional - choice of japanese style vs western style. Sushi, miso, ramen, ice cream, dessert was all incuded in the breakfast. Breakfast starts from six am which means that you prepare early for the day. Places near the hotel was very convenient and walkable from the subway station. Overall a great place to stay!

Stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel for several of my trips to Sapporo . Over the last 10 years the room and service standard levels appeared to have deteriorated slightly somewhat (this is generally the case for almost all the establishments now) . Hotel is in a convenient location , clean and top notch and car rental office is just at the Lobby area.

Rooms are very clean. Nice service. Room is a little small though.

The sofa was rather uncomfortable to seat for long period. Hope they will replace it with better sofa. The one in my room 1013, the bottom material is torn. Should have extra pillows for each bed excluding the small hard cushions provided. Also wished that the hotel would include more English channels example like HBO or Netflix. The only channel that’s English is BBC if I’m not wrong. Other than the above, nothing much I can negatively speak of Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo. We had good comfortable nights in the 4 days we stayed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and smiling from start to end of our stay. Facilities were ample. We had their buffet breakfast on our last day as it was customary of our stays in all the hotels that has breakfast. It was good.

Clean room, very helpful staff. Great breakfast, many variety choices.

Great location. Toyota rent a car is in the same building so super convenient. Short walk to the main train station and shopping centres.
