Our first night there we had just climbed into bed and all of a sudden we hear the pouring of water. Apparently the air conditioner had let go and dumped water all over the carpet witch my suitcase was close by and wet my clothes and damaged my some of my souvenirs from Belgium. we had paid for a balcony room and they ended up putting us in a handicapped room where the carpet was moldy, and the door was swollen from water damage two days later we were in the common area on the first floor, and all of a sudden we were getting splashed again, looked up and they had another leak. They did compensate us for the breakfast for the rest of our day and they said they would comp us for the first night which they didn’t fully do.. I am not overly impressed with this hotel.

Rooms are clean and staffs are friendly. Location is great as metro station entrynright outside hotel. Many F&B selections and supermarket in the area.

The air conditioner in the room was broken. After changing rooms, the air conditioner was still not working. The bed sheets had blood stains and pubic hair on them. The front desk was very slow to respond — it took more than an hour without resolving anything. I’m an IHG Silver member, and I can’t imagine how other guests are treated if even a member gets ignored like this.
