Dear Expedia Support Team, I am writing to formally report significant issues regarding my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites S Lake Buena Vista. My initial room, Suite 420, was in an unacceptable condition. I have documented extensive carpet and furniture stains, as well as mold blowing from the vents onto the bed and living room furniture. Additionally, the floors were dangerously slippery and appeared uncleaned. While the staff was friendly and moved me to a different room upon request, the second room also had carpet stains and a broken toilet seat. When I confronted the hotel management, they admitted to being aware of the issues in the first room yet continued to rent it out. The general cleanliness of the property is poor, with large, unaddressed spills and stains in the hallways. I believe this location requires a formal inspection from the corporate office to bring it up to standard. I have photos and video footage of these conditions available upon request.

Beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable beds and pillows and delicious breakfast!

Everyone was very pleasant and the property was clean. Very noisy in the room we stayed in near the entertainment pool, and for movie night.

We arrived early ( my fault) front desk was rude said we would have to wait until 4pm did give is wrist bands for the pool. We went to eat and came back was sitting in the breakfast area heard front desk chexking other people in when she knew we was sitting in there waiting i would have paid and early check in fee bit she was no help! Buttons missing on elevator Hall carpets and room were dirty Electrical in room was in bad shape plug in not working and lights flickering. Pools not working and wqs not on website One of the pools was full of unsupervised children in pool and hot tub with pool toys hanging on us we did not know them!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. About half of the outdoor amenities were unavailable, including the advertised water park area, which was a major reason we chose this property. Parts of the outdoor space also appeared poorly maintained and somewhat littered. My child swam to the bottom of one of the pools and brought up a lighter. Additionally, there was a DJ both Friday and Saturday night, and the music was extremely loud, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The music selection catered primarily to one audience, which may appeal to some guests, but the volume level made it challenging for others seeking a more family-friendly or relaxing environment. Overall, the amenities and atmosphere did not match our expectations based on the property’s description.

Cleanliness fair, condition fair, breakfast better than most, amenities impressive, didn’t get to use the floating river but the tiki bar pools spa and putt, music store movie night were a plus to keep the children entertained while at the hotel .
