Do not stay in the B wing. The rooms are outdated, dirty and this is not acceptable for how much you pay. The AC was barely functioning. We stayed on a weekend and believe it or not, the restaurant is closed on weekends lol. And that day it was a world cup game! Everyone went out to the nearest bar/restaurant. I seriously don’t understand. Oh and be warned. To use the parking as a guest, it’s 20 euro a day. Outrageous.

Stayed 3 nights. A very basic room, decent air conditioning, basic amenities. If you’re a bigger person very hard to get into the bathroom, had to walk into the shower to shut the door. That said we didn’t spend much time in room as you’re out all day. great location!! Close to RER, metro, cafes, grocery, patisseries. Friendly neighborhood

The property was clean and close to transport links. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was nice. My main complaint is there were not enough plug sockets in the room for 2 people

I noticed several rats running on the floor in the dining area in broad day through the glass door. Going for breakfast the next morning, I informed the guy at the door checking guest name about it, and said 'yeah I know', and it seemed more normal. But I felt disgusted as I've never seen so many in hotel before.

When we checked out of the hotel, it was very difficult to go up the hill with a stroller because the outdoor elevator was out of order. The elevator for our room on the 9th floor was also broken from time to time. A few times, I had to carry the stroller down the stairs. In terms of cleanliness, I would definitely not recommend this hotel for families with babies or small children.
