Hotel was in a nice quiet neighbourhood that was within walking distance to transportation hubs and restaurants. The room was big enough for two people who needed their sleep and had big sized luggages. The staff were friendly and helpful with whatever we needed.

Graet location with easy access to the Metro and lots of Luup bikes nearby. The bed was very comfortable too. Standard small room size, as you would expect for Tokyo, but the two single beds option works great for two travellers. The complementary breakfast (coffee and small pastries) was a nice thing to have. I was particularly impressed with how helpful the staff were.

First thing to note is that the rooms are small, but this is expected especially for many hotels in Tokyo. The rooms are clean with an exception, the undersides of the beds are not vacuumed so its actually quite dusty inside of the rooms and you can tell by just walking around.
The hotel staff are very helpful and nice, although there is no complimentary breakfast, they do serve breakfast bread options alongside with a coffee machine that is available at all hours of the day.
The hotel is located in Hanzomon which is more primarily a business district in Tokyo, meaning that there isn't much shopping or dining to do here, but it is located right by the Hanzomon line which takes you to most of the major Tokyo stations!
The hotel is located by 3 convenience stores namely Family Mart, 7-Eleven, and Lawson, additionally with an AEON premade meals shop on the same block.

the staff were awesome. unlike APA do not stay there that place sucks. we stayed in this hotel chain in okinawa too and it was great. good location and good amenities it has everything you’d need during your stay
