The pool area is nice and is the best feature of this hotel. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is OK. Deluxe rooms are worth the extra money for the A/C but the wifi across the complex is very poor indeed.

The pictures make it look so much better than reality. This is a basic hotel - the pool is quite small, the restaurant is in the basement (breakfast is basic) and some staff were a bit rude. I stayed 10 nights for a work trip and the internet was bad - staff blamed my laptop- a relatively new Mac - but when I switched to my 3-g sim data it was better! If you want a clean place to sleep with no frills - it’s fine. But it’s no Jetwing!

Nice spacious room, excellent room service and restaurant (Palmyrah), poor pool - mostly a place for crows to bathe and drink from. Although there are non-smoking signs everywhere, there are many guests who smoke and it infiltrates room - despite complaining about it, nothing was done about it.

Nice and clean hotell. Friendly and helpfull staff and it had a good location. The rooftop was great with a pool, bar and a training center.

Place was much more outdated that in was suggested and stated We did have a cockroach in the bathroom too. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but the facilities were not great. Also place was very noisy as close to the main road, hard to sleep
