Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and the air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful, although their English was limited. However, there were some disappointing issues. During our five-night stay, the room was never cleaned. We requested housekeeping every day, but it was never done. The towels were replaced only twice during the entire stay. The refrigerator was also a major problem. It barely worked and did not keep anything cold. We also tried the sauna and jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was completely out of order. Even though we had requested the sauna to be turned on an hour in advance, it never reached a comfortable temperature. Overall, the spa facilities were below expectations. Despite these issues, the room itself was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were polite.

The staff was very good, kindly and always asking "how they can help". Also they have a good breakfast and clean rooms. I would recommend this hotel to my friends traveling to Yerevan.

Fantastisch
Big and clean room. Very helpful and kind staff.. Amazing view from our room. Nice location, just 15 minutes walk to center.I loved the breakfast, good enough to start a energetic day..👍👌

- awful Internet; I had to drag the table close to the door to get wifi signal stronger - there are bath and shower separated, no shower over the bath; the shower cabin is very small in size - no glasses, kettle, any kitchenware there; but there is minibar, - not clear how to use it without glasses - the window is dirty; the room it clean though

It is located on a quiet side street of Baghramyan Avenue, quite close to the city centre, restaurants etc. It is largely quite good, except the noise coming from other rooms. Another inconvenience was that one has to book the sauna well in advance and it is often reserved by somebody else. The breakfast was OK but unremarkable. And it would be nice to have a tea kettle in the room. The staff is friendly. By and large, I would stay there again.
