Hot room- thermostat would not allow change of fan or temperature. No electrical outlets- found one usb on television, none in bathroom or bedside. Only One dining option in hotel. Except finger food in bar. Balcony no awning and floor dirty. Staff was okay, not Disney Brand friendly or extra helpful. Definitely convenient to the Park.

Beautiful property with just a short walk to the parks and Downtown Disney. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning in both of our rooms. The rooms do have AC, but they’re not cooled very well. And it’s was the same issue last year when visiting with my brother in the World of Marvel New York hotel. If you’re a western visitor and been to other Disney properties, lower your expectations and just understand that Disney Paris doesn’t do AC very well. However, if you ask for a fan, they will provide one for your room. Overall, its still a great Hotel and clean property.

Have stayed at the hotel many times but in the heatwave the air conditioning was broken. We were only there for 2 nights and after 2 phone calls to reception and 3 trips to see them 2 engineers finally came up and fixed nothing. Really disappointed and have filed a complaint with Newport bay

Rooms are overdue for a complete refresh. Room TV not working. Not enough of long chairs at the pool for the number of clients. Quality not matching the high Price tag per night.

I just feel the bathroom was a bit dingy. The queues for food on a morning was horrendous. The pool area was a bit off putting. Saying that of the above, the hotel was super busy and the staff worked very hard. My husband picked up little people had just dropped on the floor by the lifts (disgusting people). The bed was super comfy. Nice 15 minute walk to the parks. I would stay here again, but it could do with a little update. If would also recommend this hotel.

Property was extremely clean, service was excellent and staff friendly and helpful.

Todo estuvo excelente

Clean and lovely staff but rooms very dated and alot of wear and tear around the hotel and rooms.

What a fantastic hotel! Start to finish this was amazing. I would honestly say this is the best Disney hotel there is. So clean, amazing staff and the pool is amazing!!

PROS - Hotel is very nicely themed throughout and has a premium feel. The shop in the lobby is open until 00:30 which means you can grab snacks after the shows. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool is really nice and they give you fresh towels when you go in, they also have a clothes spinner to wring out your wet clothes. There is a shuttle bus but unless you have mobility issues or have lots of luggage its a nice 5-10 minutes stroll through Disney Village. We asked for a high up room and was given a very good room with a view (unexpected) so can't fault that at all. The rooms have a coffee machine and some nice touches like stationery, postcard, themed cups etc. Beds are comfortable and a large TV. Room wasn't huge by any stretch but as a base it was great and after the night time shows not having to fight for a bus and just walk back was a dream. Excellent left luggage facilities too. All staff excellent really. Plenty of lifts to/from different floors and direct path to Disney village with much quieter security gate CONS - Outdoor pool didn't open until later in the day - it was 35 degrees they could have tried to get that open for the early swimmers. No fridge as standard. TV was mounted so no option to add your own USB devices. Bath was small, sufficient for a child but if you're hoping for a big soak then a standard room isn't the answer. Didn't try any food as didn't arrive until late and checked out next day
