The hotel has a high courtyard inside. It offers secluded greenery in addition to the nature nearby. It also has a lot of facilities. The standard room is comfortably sized for 3 of us during our stay.

食事の時にテーブルごとに声かけてくださり気持ちよく食事ができました。
とても大満足でした。
ただ、温泉も朝と夜で入れ替わるので2回入るのですが、タオルをフロントに借りに行ったら料金がかかると言われました。今までタオルが有料って言われたことがなかったので、衝撃的でした。ただ、その施設のルールもあるのでそれはいいのですが、タオルは有料になるということをもっとわかりやすく周知しておいてほしかったです。

Goed 子供の遊ぶところが、ラウンジから見守れたら
お酒やジュースを飲みながら見守り出来るのになーと思いました。ファミリー層のホテルなので、もう少し配慮していただけるともっと良いホテルになると思いました。
遅い方の朝食だったので仕方のないのかもしれませんが、残っていないものもあって残念でした。

施設の古さは否めないけれども、それを感じさせないくらい、掃除が行き届いていました。そして、スタッフの方がにこやかに声をかけてくださり、気持ちの良い宿です。バイキングもスタッフの方々が細かな心配り、気配りで汚れたら綺麗にしたり、トングやスプーンなど交換したりしていて、安心して気持ちよく、食べることができました。
料理長も挨拶に来てくださり、感激しました。
湯上がりに飲み物、アルコールが飲み放題。天気が悪かったが、その分、早く宿に行き、
ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。
また、ぜひ訪れたい宿です。

清潔で静かで広く旅館として大満足です。
91歳の父が今までで一番良かったと大変喜んでました。
また利用したいと思います。

I was looking for a really relaxing stay in Misasa and this hotel did not disappoint! There's a great sense of calm at the Saiki Bekkan, from the vast, carpeted main lobby with its dramatic glass wall overlooking the traditional garden to the spacious and multi-roomed accommodation. The hot spring baths are enormous and provide ample opportunity for bathing both indoors and in outside pools. The food was sumptuous and the staff incredibly friendly. This hotel may lack the river views of other hotels in Misasa, but that mattered little as the centre of the town is only a short walk away, while the stay is equally luxurious at a more affordable price. I highly recommend a stay here.
