Verbleven bij familie

Room is excellent but the breakfast is cold. Meats eggs pancakes were not set on a warmer dish. Pancake syrup not available where pancakes was set. Not happy with breakfast

A/c didn’t work. Needed several requests to have someone look at it. Food at restaurant was not good. Coffee machines and juice machines were broken or not filled. Website for shuttle reservation didn’t translate to English. And lastly the wifi was not provided and when we asked about the password the front desk had to provide their own password

I stay here frequently the staff are an amazing compliment to the establishment. If there is one criticism the entertainment system could be upgraded to allow Netflix, YouTube and other streaming services.

The room was clean but the shower head was rusty, low water pressure and poor draining. Would recommend the breakfast if you are flying out as 15 euros is better than anything at the airport terminal 2.

Alleenstaand verblijf

Jean and Christina are so efficient and professional as is the entire reception staff. The restaurant has an assortion of food of which the entree and desserts are usually very tasty. The location is quite apt in that the airport is only a 10 minute drive away. The entertainment could be improve to allow airplay and cast to the television.

There was 1 person at the check in who kept getting interrupted with phone calls so the check in took about 30 min. Then when we went to the room, we discovered that the toilet was dirty (feces and cigarettes). We had to notify twice the reception to get it cleaned.
