Loved the stay.

My stay was lovely. I was there for 5 nights total. Initially should have only been 4 nights but I checked in a night early and they were able to accommodate. The room was bright and clean and the cool air conditioning was nice. The beds are comfortable with feather pillows. However, with jet lag and travel I was not able to sleep and noticed loud kids next door waking me at dawn the second morning. When I discussed the possibility of moving rooms, front desk (John) was kind, courteous and made immediate arrangements to help with a room relocation for the following 3 nights to a quiet corner room. The cleaning staff is excellent and one lady in particular was so helpful and always asking if she could clean the room. Her cheery disposition was so wonderful. We saw her on the 10th floor where we stayed the first couple night and then again on the 12th floor when we moved and she did a fantastic job making the room look new and fresh. Also, they arranged for us to have breakfast and the buffet was an excellent mix of western and eastern selections. The staff there are prompt and courteous and always on top of ensuring the food is topped off. In total, the experience at this hotel was wonderful and I would never hesitate to stay here again.

In the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui 尖沙咀, the hotel was extremely well maintained and the room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to ask the staff to help call for a taxi early in the morning. The hotel is up a hill to note, but if you take a taxi, it is convenient.

From start to end a very nice experience. Staff were welcoming and helpful both at check-in, check-out and breakfast. The cleaning staff on our floor had a room tidied whilst we were having breakfast. Hotel in general was clean and tidy and a very nice temperature. The room was spacious and well designed. Breakfast was delicious with a good mixture of different foods. Location was good, we had a row of bars and restaurants just around the corner. Kowloon park was a ten minute walk and victoria harbour about 25-30 minute walk. Surrounded by shopping centres and eateries and a £20 Uber ride to Disney. Overall very nice experience and would stay there again.
