This hotel is situated in a handy spot in cbd easy walk or light rail to circular quay Staff very friendly and helpful the room was compact but very clean

Perfect stay for a long weekend birthday staycation. The room is clean and spacious. So close to Circular Quay and the City Centre.

I booked the infrared sauna to use this stay and it was great. The gym and sauna facilities are fantastic and made for an enjoyable stay.

Probably WAS a 5 star hotel a little while ago - but starting to get dated now. Room and bathroom were tiny, water pressure terrible, chips and marks in the bathroom door, dark, low lit room, a view to a concrete wall...general common areas and bars were GREAT, its just the rooms itself are average

From the time we arrived everything seemed really good and it was just the same when we left. Staff were fantastic, great room that was clean and well presented. Great location, we will certainly use again in the future.

Very good

The room was clean staff helpful and amazing breakfast

We recently stayed at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and impressively quiet, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom stocked with quality toiletries. Our only minor complaint was the shower. It was positioned over a fairly high bathtub, which made getting in and out a little difficult. We also found the water pressure and shower head could be improved. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service from all the hotel staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding, probably the best hotel breakfast we have experienced. There was a huge variety of options available, all beautifully presented and well organised. It catered to every taste and was a fantastic way to start the day. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend Sofitel to others. The comfortable accommodation, exceptional staff, and incredible breakfast more than made up for the minor issues with the shower.

Sofitel is always nice, not sure about the self check in though, service is important

The hotel has had a beautiful upgrade but unfortunately the bathrooms are still dated.
