I called Expedia to cancel my stay onMonday, due to a family emergency,my stay was Thursday check in Saturday check out. Expedia said they would take care of it and would contact property. And up to now nothing was done I suppose since you are asking for feed back on the stay .

Fantastisch
Beds were comfortable, they cleaned the room everyday. A/C kept things comfortable, and the pool and hot tub opened to 11 was nice.

Rooms are big. Property was very nice. Great location. I’d recommend paying extra for the breakfast. Only down fall was the parking and being right next to the transit. Everywhere you go in Santa Monica, you oay to park. The transit station was so cool to see right out side of our balcony but it was very loud especially if your waning to sleep in. They only offer valet parking so it was $75 dollars a day to park.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to unwind after a day of activities. The amenities were great for families, and we appreciated how well-maintained the property was. The staff was always friendly, patient, and happy to answer our questions or help with anything we needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable place to stay. We would definitely come back on our next trip!

Avenue Colorado devrait être mieux nettoyer. Il y avait beaucoup de personne sans abris même devant l’hôtel qui dormaient dans la rue. L’hôtel est bien entretenu.
