Très bel hôtel bien situé , personnel agréable . Propre. J’aurais aimé que le personnel a l’arrivée parle français. Il y a eu un alerte le 24 juin alors que nous étions au 13 ieme étage. Nous avons à peine eu le temps de mangé trop inquiets. Et donc descendu 13 étages à pieds car les ascenseurs ne fonctionnaient pas . Finalement les pompiers sont arrivés et tout est revenu normal .

The view of the falls was amazing!! Housekeeping staff were very pleasant and accomodating. The fireplace in the room was a plus, bathroom very large and that shower head was the best!!! Excellent stay and highly recommend!! The only negative is that parking fees should really be included, but it appears most hotels in that area do the same.

Rooms are outdated, not very clean, it’s a loud hotel. Over priced for what you get all the food is terrible.

I booked falls view with reference of whether it is canadain or US fall view. Few days back i called hotel and they said it is US fall view. I was so upset n called expedia . Expedia manager escalated the issue with firm commitment that someone from expedia will reach me back within 72 hours of lodging compliant. No communication from expedia.. what an attention n commitment from expedia. Finally checked in at hotel and asking about note but hotel rep said no note. I shared my issue with them n requested for better falls view room but they said there is no note from expedia.. another surprise.. finally they gave room number 270 which has lots if tree infront of room and falls view is blocked.. i would never rely on expedia n Sheraton as a brand.. a terrible google review is deserving..

This was our second time staying at the Falls view. The first time I chose view and that’s exactly what we got a view of the fall. I did the same reservation with view at check-in. They told me it was a garden view however it was a view on the second floor of Clifton Hills with homeless people in the park. The hotel blamed Expedia Expedia blamed the hotel and yet nothing was resolved. They told me I can have the room that’s $400 more a night and then chuckled.
