clean, functional, meeting expectations for the price point. That the hotel is attached to a mall AND is surrounded by decent number of eateries is a plus.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. For example we checked out and left bags and they were super easy to work with. the facillities including the gym and heated pool were excellent. Breakfast was very good as well. Very nice stay.

Voor bedrijven

Great location, we'll maintained rooms and property. I only wish there were newer and more laundry appliances. Having just 1 set of washer & dryer to serve all the guests is not ideal. There should be at least 3 to 5 sets available. Please also consider upgrading the machines.

The Breakfast seems like the same breakfast they have at all the hotels recently. I would put the courtyard breakfast as better.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The location is great, parking is superb and the staff was top notch, attentive a pleasure to meet. Excellent breakfast offering also. Book early book often you can't lose.

The location was amazing; It was right next to the metrotown skytrain which is a 15 minute ride to Science World in Downtown Vancouver. There's a Tim Horton's a couple of doors down if you wanted to start your day off with an iced cappuccino.

Room was clean, the staff are exceptional, helpful and friendly. Right across from Metro - easy to ride to downtown. Lots of restaurants and shops behind hotel. Breakfast was great! We would absolutely stay here again.
