My family and I have stayed at this hotel at least twice a year for the past five years, and until now, we’ve never had any major issues. Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. When we arrived, the front desk employee appeared to be watching videos on their phone and didn’t acknowledge us until I asked for assistance. Once we got to our room, it looked as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The toilet seat was broken and barely attached to the toilet, and there was a strong unpleasant odor throughout our stay. At the end of our visit, while packing up our belongings, we discovered empty pill bottles underneath a chair, which appeared to be the source of the smell. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and inspection of the room before guests arrive. I attempted to speak with management several times during our stay, but each time I was told the owner was unavailable because they were dealing with the police. The hotel advertises an on-site restaurant and fitness center, but both were closed for the entire duration of our stay. These amenities were part of the reason we chose this hotel, so it was disappointing to find them unavailable. After years of positive experiences, this stay was extremely disappointing. Between the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, broken fixtures, and unavailable amenities, this will unfortunately be our last stay at this hotel.

Where to start? The reception guy was stoned. When I came back later to get a key because I had forgotten mine in my room, he was gone. There were 3 guests waiting to check in. I called Red Roof and all they did was call the number that rang 3 feet from where we were, unanswered. We waited 30 mins and the guy finally showed up wearing headphones which he didn’t remove. No apologies, no explanations, completely stoned. There are several Fire Dept stickers at various parts of the building warning of unsafe structure. Most things, ice machine, electrical outlets, lights etc are inoperative. Cops in the corridors…

Parking was easy. 5 minutes walk to bus station.

My seven-day stay at this location was highly satisfactory, primarily due to its convenient proximity to the highway, as well as a variety of dining establishments and retail outlets. The accommodations were consistently clean and well-maintained. I would have extended my stay; however, the pricing increased due to the World Cup.

Sincerely for the first time everything's was excellent the room was clean the bathroom thank you very much I will coming back and highly recommend

upon arrival staff told me that there was a $50 security deposit required, never heard of of a security requirement. Then when given my room key it was for a 2nd floor room. My prepaid reservation was for a 1st floor accessible room. Staff told me that there were no 1st floor accessible room available. Staff confirmed that me reservation was for a 1st floor accessible room, but they had been already be given out and there was nothing that they could do - staff was very arrogant and obnoxious!!! I had to cancel my reservation and make other arrangements. Red Roof Plus still has not refunded the security deposit even thought they gave me a receipt that they had refunded it. I AM THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED WITH Red Roof Plus AND EXPEDIA!!! AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I stay once per month. It is priced right and is clean. From time to time, I find something needing attention. Like this stay the shower head would not stay in place. Overall - Good place to stay!

This hotel has gone downhill since the firstbw times ive stayed there...even w staff. Room...DOG HAIR everywhere. WHY do you put guest in rooms that pets hv been in. REFRIGERATOR DIRTY... Bathroom..Hair everywhere. I called front desk because my tub was holding the water while showering,no one ever showed up to fix it after calling 2xs.. All this after changing rooms because they gave me the wrong room the 1st time...I will never stay here again!!

The hotel had a bad smell and the lights didn’t work right. In the morning someone was smoking and caused a fire so everyone had to evacuate. We were out for 4 hours in our car before we were able to go back in and retrieve our bags. The hotel didn’t refund our money for another hotel and even charged us $50 if damages occurred. Overall my wife and I had a bad experience and thank GOD no one was injured.
