Not friendly and not useful service. Plenty of excuses to avoid helping booking a taxi to the airport. The hotel is in a 6th floor, and after 10pm you needed to show a paper to enter the building. The location is good, but local taxis in Madrid are lazy and aggressive enough to not drop you off in front of the hotel, so you need to walk your luggage.

Great value in the heart of Madrid, walking distance to museums and park. Great security. Comfortable beds. Would d to have had an electric kettle or coffee maker in the common area for travellers, as we found in most pensións. The building is beautiful.

The place is in the middle of the city. It is close to everything. The only downside is the noise. Also there is no AC.
