Verbleven bij familie

Everything about our anniversary weekend was amazing. The hotel, the staff, the bar & restaurant, all exceptional. The reason for 3 stars is I was sold a “partial ocean view room” and I got a frosted glass slider, bolted shut, overlooking the buildings HVAC systems. I could have booked 15,000 rooms at a beachfront on the grandstand but opted for quieter and off the strip in MB. Even the front desk staff said my reservation was extremely misleading. They didn’t have another room to offer due to Musicfest.

Our stay was good. The buffet breakfast was not good,cold food this was Tuesday June 2nd. Wednesday the 3rd we were seated,we were not asked if we wanted anything to drink. We had to go up and ask them for it On Thursday the 4th the hot tub was full of little kids using it as a swimming pool, coming in and out from the beach with sand all over their feet and jumping in. The photos are a bit enhanced vs the actual room. So glad we booked an oceanfront room though! Otherwise, it would also be nice to have beach chairs to borrow at no charge included in the charge. Overall, staff was amazing and made everything enjoyable

The gift shop was really overpriced. It would have been nice to have a small breakfast option that wasn't as expensive. The maintenance fellow was very good as well as the lady at the restaurant during the day.
