We chose Cappadocia Cave Suites for our honeymoon and expected a much better experience. After arriving late the night before without eating, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel. We placed our order and waited about 90 minutes while many guests who arrived after us were served first. When I asked about our order, I was told it was ready, but it never arrived. We eventually had to leave without eating. This was a very disappointing start to our honeymoon. A simple breakfast should not take 90 minutes, especially when other tables are being served. I hope the hotel improves its service so future guests don’t have the same experience.
