Resort facilities - great pool and spa. Comfortable beds and all very clean. Appreciated the in-room espresso machine and pods.

Nice atmosphere and decoration in Christmas time

Loved the boutique hotel. Older building but beautifully renovated 👍

Staff were friendly, but we had cockroaches in the room.

Hot tub was a primary consideration for booking and was not working. Room (301) was a box located next to the utilities storeroom and only window opened onto the main walkway. Decor was nice but we could not use the room for relaxing as we’d intended.

could not get a refund after I was not able make it to their resort. I had hoped they could re rent it as the town was basically sold out.

Room clean and bed was fantastic but spa not working, accessibility issues re: parking. Sound proofing could be improved.

Booked: King Deluxe (requested for lower ground) Pros: -Good price -fast check in and check out -parking right infront of our door -sliding door leads to garden and pool area which my son enjoyed -restaurant and cafe within vicinity -clean pool -fan and AC working well. -comfortable bed -We tried the restaurant which we recommend. -provided eco friendly style, shampoo, conditioner and soap. -fridge was clean and kept our drinks cool, likewise the microwave was also clean. Cons: From afar the room looks clean but the floors were extremely dirty, we had to wear slippers in the room The frames on the walls were caked with dust while the bathroom floor was starting to get mould. The bedding didnt have that "clean" smell. Sliding door mesh was broken but no biggie we just shut the glass door. Overall for the price we paid, id say its not bad of a stay. Wouldve given it a 4 or 5 if there floors wernt so dirty and the existing decorations wernt so dusty.
