the property is amazing. its in the center of Bellagio and its only 10-15min walk from it. if you get the chance get the room with the balcony you can see a beautiful sunrise and sunset overlooking lake como. the terrace alone makes any room you book amazing. you can take a trip around then at night just relax with the view of lake como before heading in for the night. the staff are wonderful. the hostess and everyone there are some of the kindest people you will meet in Italy as a whole. I can’t express how amazing the stay at this place was. I would highly recommend coming here if you plan on staying in bellagio. i dont think you can find a better place.

Geweldig
Great location and very helpful staff! The view from the terrace is beautiful. Rooms are decent but not really a place to hang out. Overall would recommend for discovering Lake Como!

Don’t carry too much luggage, property not at a walkable distance. It’s a steep walk so be ready to lift if you have more bags! Left a bag but staff never mentioned about it. Be careful!

Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Located minutes from downtown. We enjoyed it very much.

Hotels.com said 12 minutes walk from ferry but it was 20 minutes uphill if walking, I only went out to a good restaurant 5 minutes down the hill but it would not be safe to walk at nite so didn’t go downtown. The manager told me breakfast was 8 so phoned her & she said 8.30 I went down at 8.20 & a family was there, why did she not ring me! Otherwise 5 stars it is in a dead end so very quiet. Recommend highly if u can got a car otherwise pay more & stay downtown or Varenna which is nicer & got a train station. Manager was very good with travel advice.
