Overall - Excellent value for money. Reception - Well lit lobby with a good atmosphere and can’t fault the staff. Room - Clean, modern, with a nice decor and well maintained. Separate bathroom and toilet. Lacking storage space for clothes. Communal spaces - elevators were not so clean, with a couple having dubious smells. Carpeting on accommodation floor was ok, but some trash had been dropped and was still there the next day for example. Lobby area very clean and well maintained. Onsen/Baths - simple with traditional seated separate showers, sauna, cold pool and 2 similar baths. No special properties to the onsen water, but nice to have to relax in at the end of a day walking round Tokyo. Plus, less ‘shower queueing’ for the room shower. Rules are clearly displayed. Only complaint being guests often ignore the rules and come straight into the baths without cleaning first, or with swimming clothes on, or one occasion with shoes on… but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Conclusion - yes, we would stay here again.

Very nice modern hotel right next to a station. Incredibly clean and well maintained Good sized room and bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a good range of foods for different tastes. Because of its location the hotel is popular with people going to Disney and it is well set-up for families. There is a Family Mart connected to the hotel which is convenient. The location is very quiet but if you are not going to Disney you might want to consider that while only two stops from Tokyo station that is a really busy station to transit through and can be hectic and intimidating.

Fantastisch
The location of the hotel is convenient enough to get to Tokyo station in less than half an hour, but it’s still far enough removed from the downtown core to not be too crowded. The JR red line takes you to Disney, which is convenient ( why we picked it actually) and the hotel is modern and clean. There aren’t as many food options nearby, compared to if you stayed in more central locations like Ginza or Shibuya. One downside to the hotel was that while it offers laundry options, there are only 4 washers, which means the laundry is always busy.
