Geweldig This was my fifth year to the Princess. We had 4 rooms. If you want a hotel that the locals would stay at this is it. If you want all the amenities of a 4 Star hotel you can pay 4 times the amount and stay two blocks away.

The room was fine for a budget hotel except the bathroom had an armpit smell.

Fantastisch I stayed here during off season and the hotel upgraded me to a larger room for free. The room had a great ceiling to floor window with a view of the street below. The room also had a sofa for lounging around. It' conveniently located next to a 24-hour K-Mart for buying food late at night. They let me check out at 2pm with charging me extra as well. I wish they would have a chair that included a back for the long hours while working on a laptop. When I left the front desk, even offered to help me take my luggage down steps. The manager was very friendly as well.

The hotel staff tried hard to assist us. However, it was a bit difficult to communicate to get assistance.

Fantastisch I have spent three months traveling all over Southeast Asia and this is by far my favorite hotel. It is located neatly between the beach and the city proper, an easy walk to both, the beds are fantastically comfy (especially by Vietnam standards), the breakfast spread is pretty impressive and the wifi was super strong. The real appeal though is how amazing the staff was. Everyone was just so genuinely friendly. Huyen at the front desk was excellent, as were all the other employees. I had a super great stay :)
