No Air Conditioning, property has a “no touch” sign on a/c unit because it doesn’t work and room is extremely hot (fan not enough).

Hace 4 años estuve ahí con mi amigo y he notado que ha habido muchas mejoras. Volvería a quedarme en este lugar.

I'm a world traveler! Architect from California! DO NOT book this room! The check in is a total nightmare! This is all done online there is no reception desk! It took me 3 hours to check in! The place is hard to find! At night forget it! The codes they send you don't work! Seriously do not get involved with this stay! It's the WORST ever! Every guest i talked to had the exact same entry experience I encountered! Forget this place!

Received a different room to what i ordered. The management said it was Expedia's fault but there was nothing Expedia could do. This is a scam company who knows how to abuse the system and get away with it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, because most likely you will not get your room and lose your money.

It took me 30 minutes to get someone to answer the door. It seems that location does not accept any tourists anymore. I had to book another hotel and lost the money I paid for that place. You should investigate that place.

In my years of traveling, I have never stayed at a place like this. Beyond bad customer service. False advertisement. Smelled of cigarette and no one to help you on the weekend. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. AVOID THIS PLACE

Online checkin was easy, but it was not obvious how to checkin without WhatsApp. The bathroom is extremely small.
