This mansion was constructed at the turn of the last century when this was one of the biggest wine-producing estates in Portugal. It is an ideal spot for people who like to be in contact with nature, especially birdwatchers and those who simply enjoy walking along wonderful country paths and the banks of the River Tagus. The 5-roomed premises are set in beautiful gardens and woodland, making the atmosphere even more relaxed and peaceful. In spite of its seclusion, the property is conveniently located 6 kilometres from the A12 toll motorway. It mainly provides a bed & breakfast service but guests who wish to stay for longer periods can request a dinner service and will love the outdoor swimming pool and pool lounges for sunbathing. Lisbon International Airport is just a 30-minute drive and visitors can explore the local cuisine in the nearby town of Montijo (15 minutes by car).
