Everything was great!

Good location. Quiet Rooms. Shower was good, wish the water was a little warmer. Wonderful staff. Breakfast buffet was better than most for me. There was more food for an American breakfast than you will find in other places in Bangkok. The pool and pool area were good, the pool could use a good cleaning, but was not so bad as you I felt uncomfortable in the water. Over all I would not have any problem staying here again.

Lovely

The staff was great. The first room I was in had problems with the electricity going out. They fixed it several times in a timely manor but it kept losing power. They moved me to a different room. In the second room there was no hot water. They did respond and fix that later in the day. The breakfast was not very good. They had food in food warmers but it seemed like they were not turned on. eggs cold, bacon and stir fry all cold. The selection was poor so I ate elsewhere.

Basic rooms, but do

The hotel from outside looked great. We were on 4th floor, balcony had two spilt air unit so count air out there, no chairs outside to sit, there was no chairs on the work desk for me to do some work had to use the coffee table. The power connection in my room was American when the room next to me had Thai power unit. So had to buy another apapter connection. Security was great. Water pressure for very low, tv was not set so had to get maintenance. Overall good location close to Nana and other party places and places to eat.

The room was clean and big, there was a king bed, table to eat at with two chairs and a couch coffee table, it’s an older property but still in good shape but it’s the staff that stands out…. They are awesome and there’s a free Tuk Tuk to get you closer to the action. All in all a great spot with a fantastic view of I giant park with walking and jogging trails not to mention a huge sports center, ILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN

The hotel location was central for my needs; offering balance of night life and shopping. Point to not it is located near a pond that appears to be stagnant and does give off a slight smell but after a while you do not notice it.

When I arrived, I was taken to a secondary building that is not shown in any of the photos! The room had ants, toilet paper shoved in the peep hole of the door, and over all didn’t give the appearance of cleanliness. I phoned the front desk and the gentleman who helped with my bags showed me two other rooms in same building. None were sufficient so I went to the front desk and asked for a room in the main building. They showed me a room they could put me in until a new room opened up, this one only had twin beds. I was only staying for 3 days and this would have been a fourth move. I ultimately checked out as the accommodations were not up to standards. With that being said, the entire staff was friendly and did their best, but ultimately this building is old and needs to be downgraded to a 1 star.

Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness, Service, and Location This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. We booked a superior room, but what we received looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. The room was extremely old, dirty and small. There was dust everywhere, sticky stains on the walls, dirty bedding, shelves and the blinds were both dirty and broken and used shower products left from previous guests. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable and I honestly haven’t slept in such a disgusting room before. To make matters worse, the room was not even located in the main hotel building, but at the back of a different building, which was never clearly communicated during booking. The location was also very unpleasant. The hotel is situated on a street with a lot of prostitution, which made the area feel uncomfortable, especially at night. The reception staff were not helpful at all and had very poor English, making it difficult to communicate our concerns. Despite complaining, nothing other than a bedding change was done to accommodate us or move us to another room until the last day of our stay, which is far too late and shows a complete lack of customer care. Overall, poor cleanliness, misleading room descriptions, an uncomfortable location, and very poor service. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
