Alleenstaand verblijf

At dining room are working not friendly people and try to move you out. Left 50% tips and when 40% food I got they tried to remove the plate despite I just watched the phone at the table. Everything else beautiful!!!

The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. I didn’t need parking but from what I saw there is ample parking. Last but not least, the Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge bonus and the driver David was very nice. I only spent 1 night because it was a quick trip, but I would definitely use this hotel again.

The property was clean, they came through in a clutch... but my jewelry was stolen and nothing was done. They asked the cleaners if they had seen it and of course they said no. Nothing was done by leadership, well a shoulder shrug and sorry about your luck.

Breakfast starts at 6 a.m. during the week, but not until 7:00 on the weekends. This is an inconvenience for those catching an early flight. There could be more variety in the snack shop. At least one vegan option on the restaurant menu would be nice. Staff were pleasant and room was clean.

When I arrived everyone was super nice, but when I got to my room. It was not throughly clean to me..it was a piece of razor from a shaver on the floor and the room did not smell super clean. I think the floors should have been cleaned with a fresh smell. I bring room fresher when I stay out of town so I was able to stay in the room... they were accommodating but I think they should have went over board to accommodate me, like switch me to a different room. I won’t stay there again.
