Although it is a great location, the building/room was beyond unbearable. Everything was filthy, And it was so loud don’t expect to sleep.

The staff at this hotel were honestly great super helpful and friendly, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the condition of the property itself was disappointing. I had to deal with roaches on three separate occasions, which was unsettling to say the least. On top of that, there was a loud, awful noise coming from my sink that would start up randomly, including in the middle of the night. I ended up fixing it myself, only to realize the noise was also coming from the room next to mine. It made it really hard to get any sleep. The staff were great, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues made my stay super uncomfortable.

My room had a lot of bugs to the point where I felt so uncomfortable that I had to cancel the rest of my stay. I was only able to stay for 2 of my 8 nights. I saw bugs of various sizes even up to the size of a finger nail crawl in and out of the walls so even when the owner offered to change rooms for me, I had lost all confidence. On top of that, we lost power from 10:30pm-4am on our second night, so we had no fan or air conditioning in our pretty damp and hot room. The toilet seat was broken and the sink faucet was leaking as well. I contacted Expedia to assist in facilitating my early checkout and was under the impression after my online chat with Expedia that they’ll handle my refund. My refund request was denied by the property and Expedia wasn’t able to help further. So there was $250 Canadian Dollars down the drain. I would strongly suggest you avoid this property for your stay. Spend a little bit more and go to a cleaner facility.

it was very nice and awesome staying in vincent hill guest house i find it comfortable affordable and most of all accessible to any place you want to visit. i will soon visit again hongkong and stay again in vincent hill guest house i love the place

The environment is bad. The room itself is ok; however, the service is bad. The maid unlocked the door without knocking and the room has never been cleaned up properly since I checked in.

Lication was very good, Central to all direction and easy to find good food

The room is too small and a lot of dust under the bed

Everything is good for this price exept they need to put a little piece of rubber on each entrance door of each room and main entrance. The doors make very loud sound each time when someone closed it...wake you up from sleeping.

Cheap guesthouse on Kowloon,cannot compare to cleaner guest houses on Hong Kong Island. Noisy crowded street.Room is basic but clean,building is 60 years old with odd arrangements of total 6 elevators that serve many many.Taking elevator is very time consuming. Will pay more for better guest houses on Hong Kong Island,never Kowloon side again.

if you are 1st time in HK, pls take MTR to tsim sha tsui , exit D2 ( the nearest to the building , as there are construction all around there ) PLS TAKE NOTE that you will be using the stairs up D2... then once you reach..you will see a 7/11 in front of you...turn right...after a few stores you will see a left turn into the building ( there are a few lifts to go up...pls make sure that you SEE which lift goes to which floors ) !!!! PLS TAKE NOTE !!!!! - you must go to LEVEL 3 - A9 to register and TAKE YOUR ROOM KEY ( dont directly go to else where which is showing on the website!! ) - after taking your key... then you will have to go to your ROOM LEVEL , key in the door password , then only go in and find your room - water heater is ok, on 1st 5 minutes before you bath ( it takes time to heat up the water ) - tooth brush/ tooth paste, body and hair shampoo, towels , hair dryer WILL BE PROVIDED - outside water dispenser + hot water is there - rooms are clean and small like the picture online ( just nice for us i think , its only for sleeping ) ** rooms are just next to each other...so TRY....to be considerate and speak softly... we can literally hear what is the next room talking about / doing...coz they were SO LOUDDDDDDD *** - next to MTR, sasa, shopping mall and many more - 7 mins walk to the harbor, avenue of stars , Dennis Fire Engine, and many more too hope this helps...
