Clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice clean place to stay after a long drive

The place was clean, in a good location and the bed super comfy! The front desk staff were nice but not overly helpful. The breakfast is one of the best I've had. My only issue is we had to wait 30min to check into our room when it was supposed to be ready at 3. I typically wouldn't care but had tickets to a show and dinner reservations and had to rush to get there in time. They could have comped something for the wait. Then my key was turned off early at check out and I couldn't get into my room after breakfast so had to get it reactivated. Its a busy hotel and they said it was full so I get it but if thats typical change check in to 4 so others dont make plans and have to wait.

I would give this hotel zero stars if that were an option. As an IHG Rewards member, I have stayed at many IHG properties over the years and have never experienced conditions as unacceptable as those at this location. My stay was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. First, the pool was not operational, which was an amenity we were looking forward to using. However, the most concerning issue was the condition of the guest rooms. We discovered roaches in our room and personally killed two bugs during our stay. At that point, we felt uncomfortable remaining at the hotel and decided it was best to check out early. We brought this matter to the attention of a staff member named Twon and even showed him a photo of one of the bugs. His response was, "Yeah, we have an issue with bugs." Hearing a staff member openly acknowledge an ongoing pest problem was both shocking and alarming. My question is simple: If management is aware that the hotel has a roach infestation, why is the property still operating and accepting reservations? Guests should not be paying to stay in rooms with known pest issues. This experience fell far below the standards I have come to expect from IHG. I hope immediate action is taken to address these conditions and prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

Room was clean, plenty of towels and toilet paper for one person. Staff was friendly and happy to assist when my key card stopped working. Breakfast was served hot and on time everyday with a variety of options to pick from. There’s something to eat for everyone. Air conditioning worked in my room and I was always comfortable. The pool was down for maintenance during my stay but other than that, no issues. My room was right next to the kitchen and they notified me of this before I accepted the room. While it was noisier than any other room would’ve been, I did not mind.

Nothing the first day my sister clean because the floor ; bathroom and little fridge are very dirty.i don't recommend the people for my experience.we have to much problems with the key .Have a good day

Very clean and nice hospitality and very good complimentary breakfast would definitely stay again if in town.

Was a good place to stay but 2 mornings in a row I went down for breakfast and when returning to my room on the 4th floor my room key didn’t work. Then I had to wait for the elevator to go back downstairs to get it rekeyed. Which took forever because there’s only 1 elevator.

Room was not clean. The desk had drink rings on top of it, the table between the beds had the same issue. The shower curtain in the bathroom didn’t cover the tub well, water leaked on the floor and that was due to the rusted and terrible shower head. There was no towel rack to hang your towel or clothing on. Had to call and ask for another roll of toilet paper, as there was only 1/3 of a roll on the holder. Non-smoking room, but could smell smoke coming from somewhere in the middle of the night, I’m an asthmatic, and very sensitive to smoke. Bed spread or duvet, whatever you all call it on one of the beds was ripped. There was a paper clip on the floor, which lead me to believe that the rug was not vacuumed. Also, don’t sweep the bathroom, as there was hair all over the floor. Asked the front desk for another roll of toilet paper and was asked to come get it, told them no, so they brought it down. Did I disclose these issues to the staff, no, because I was told they were sold out and so we would not have been able to move to another room. I’ve stayed at plenty of Holiday Inns and THIS was by far the WORST. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Disgusting!!!!
