Excellent hôtel, un des mes préférés à Québec. Essayez de ne pas avoir de chambre qui donne sur la rue, le pub irlandais en face de l'hôtel fait jouer de la musique très fort assez tard, on l'entend très bien dans les chambres, et hors des heures permises par la Ville. Sinon, je recommande chaudement cet hôtel.

The staff are lovely and very helpful.

Tout d’abord on tombe en amour avec le décor puis on est charmé par la chambre, le confort, la vue, la douceur des draps et des peignoirs. C’est beau, original, bien pensé avec un personnel attentionné. Et les cocktails du Bijou sont excellents.

Loved the hotel—phenomenal location accessible to everything (but still amazingly quiet in the rooms). The hotel is so cool with its interesting furnishings and art to the reverse-lit glowing dark blue hallways. Our room had everything, including a really comfy bed, a kitchenette, double sink, walk in shower. So much character.

The location was great - it right in the middle of Quebec City. The hotel was very clean.
The disappointment was: my wife wasn't feeling well and we had to leave a day early - we were charged the full amount for the amount and then charged for the breakfast the next day (which we didn't use).
