Room is clean and well equipped, staff are nice and helpful.
The airport shuttle is a little misleading. There is no shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and the hotel did not honor the shuttle schedule on its website from the hotel to the airport.

Rooms were clean but very small. Location was perfect for what we needed, a 24-hour layover after a typhoon delayed our flight into Tokyo causing us to miss our connecting flight to Seoul. Haneda Innovation City is an interesting place, with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. I would stay here again.

Very convenient as it’s close to the airport. There’s also a free shuttle from the hotel to the Haneda airport all terminals .

Free airport shuttle but need the room card to get in the parked shuttle . I have returned my room card therefore I can’t used the service . Location is very near to Haneda airport.

Geweldig Clean room and nice staffs. However, airport shuttle only serves in the morning. In addition, the public bath is only open during evening through midnight, which was disappointing.

Minimalist type of hotel with great value. It served my needs: clean room, public bath, polite staff, decent breakfast and great value. I had a bit of trouble finding the hotel though. Shuttle service was fine with me, but advise to be there a little earlier because the bus might fill up, which was the case for me.

Fantastisch Well located, convenient, clean, comfortable, nice amenities, friendly staff, laundry facilities available, and buffet breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend.
