We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the bar had a nice atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for any event @TD. Clean, easy check-in, parking in North Station garage is $$$, but convenient. It was fun to have a glass of wine post-show at the lobby bar. No complaints.

Goed
The location was incredible and couldn’t be beat, the staff was unbelievably kind and courteous — however because of the room size, set up, and lack of any real function I would never stay in this hotel again. Well some might find all of the room settings on an iPad to be neat and trendy, I thought it was cumbersome and most of what I tried to control didn’t work for example, the air-conditioning was not functioning at all the way it should be, it was impossible to make the television work, the refrigerator was not working , and all the lighting in the room being controlled by one source for the bathroom/hallway/main space was inconvenient. Upon arrival, the bed had one pillow. Again, the staff was very courteous and helpful with all of these, but they only did what they could. Trying to “reset” the room settings was attempted, but didn’t change a thing.

Fantastisch
Loved the big living room and terrace concept of the lobby with plenty of space to relax and hang out with a beautiful view of the city. You can order your drinks and food or bring the food you bought outside and sit down in a curated, comfortable space to enjoy it. The rooms are modern and pod like, very clean and functional. One side of the building provides amazing views of the city. The service was friendly throughout. The neighborhood contains many places to eat and drink and can get busy when there are shows at the Garden next door. The location is very convenient as a transportation hub; connections to different parts of the city are easy.
