Rosewood Guangzhou sets a tone of sophistication and ambition with a striking facade designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. The vertical residence incorporates several outdoor terraces, bringing a sense of calm and nature into the hotel. While decidedly modern, Toronto-based design firm Yabu Pushelberg pays homage to the past with Chinese artwork, architectural accents and local textiles in refreshing contemporary contexts.
