Breakfast was average, room and location was good, but there are a lot of people shooting fireworks and revving motorcycles at night.

Room was very clean, staff friendly and courteous, convenient location in Cameron Highlands

Great location! The town is walkable and there are food options around the hotel! Hotel staff was friendly and helpful!

Nice hotel overrall

The bathroom was mouldy and the room smelt stale. Only half the lights in the room were working as well.

The hotel is on top of a shopping complex which is convenient but can make it hard to find. Didn’t particularly enjoy my stay. The hotel doesn’t feel like a 4 star. Pros: Spacious rooms Walking distance to bus terminal Shops and laundromat below Good breakfast Cons: WiFi was really bad unless in the hotel reception Room was very mouldy Shower area wasn’t clean Floor of room had marks on it Room spelt very musty (opened all windows and had fan on and opened door and the smell remained for the whole stay) General lobby toilets very unclean

Spacious. Clean. Excellent breakfast.

Huge room - great facilities

Very old property and bed is not comfortsble. Not value for money. Not easy access to hotel.

The hotel location ,staff ,room size and furniture are very good .however ,the rooms need to be more clean for a 4 stars hotel . The hotel rating could be perfect if the housekeepers do a better job .
