Fantastisch

Bij partner verbleven

Staff are exemplary, very helpful and polite ,choice of breakfast is amazing. Nice spacious room and the bath tub is a bonus . Very nice swimming pool not to cold . Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay and where sad to leave but we will definitley be back

Verbleef met kinderen

The property was good and very well maintained. Only issue I had was with checkin time which they kept saying was 3pm where as Expedia website said it was 2pm I got it sorted and did all formalities at reception and came back for checkin to again go through same process of explaining to a new receptionist. Check in was such a hassle after that it was quite nice

This hotel was really gone downhill over the last hl few years. Now it caters to big groups and the conference facilities. My room was fine but I had to ask a couple of times to get it cleaned. The bathroom always smelled like pee. All of the staff seemed new and didn’t know how to do anything. The breakfast items seemed to be always depleted and the bar area was closed for renovation. I ordered room service twice and both times it was barely edible. And I had one of the worst massages of my life. I would avoid this hotel!!

Clean room, old hotel, not a great location, not accessible by walking, you have to pay tourist tax 10MYR per night extra on top of the price for the room, food is expensive, staff are ok.

A wonderful experience! The young lady and the young man at the reception desk were super nice and welcoming. The young man who assisted us with our luggage, to sit at the cafe, and guided us to our taxi, was the final Grand Bangsar superb touch.
