I had a quiet room at the back of the hotel and was little bothered by the noise of the cabaret every night. Comfortable, serviced daily, friendly staff.
Convenient for gay bars and massage shops and about 7 minutes walk from the beach.
British breakfast and dinner available

The rooms are advertised as luxury but there is nothing out of the ordinary about them.
I had the advertised three course set meal for Friday but again it was prety average if that.
The location is good as there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by and it is a short walk to both Dongtan and Jomtien Beachm

The Hotel is run by UK 2 ex-pats, Chris & Dave, who both ensure it is run on a very personal level. One of the cabaret dancers passed away during my stay, they managed to raise 130,000 TBT for his family, they genuinely care about their guests just as much.

For cleanliness, friendly service and above all value for money you will not do better in Jomtien/Pattaya. Bear in mind this area is 'party town' in the evening, If you want a quiet early night it will not be for you, if you are a party king then climb aboard!
