The hotel was very small and I booked for 3 nights but I didn’t stay 3 nights i only stayed 2 nights i ask the hotel to get refund for one night that I didn’t stay. They don’t want to refund i was not happy

Fantastisch
This hotel is an excellent place to stay in Seoul. The property is conveniently located near Seoul Station, and there are numerous attractive attractions in the vicinity, such as Myeongdong and Namsan. I am definitely planning to return to this hotel on my next visit.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is a few minutes by foot from the main Seoul station. For first time visitors, the hotel was not easy to find through the underground entrance. So, we used Naver to find the route to the hotel. The breakfast was included and was very good with lot of varieties including Korean food. The room was a bit smaller but it’s hard to imaging what 250 square feet looks like until you actually see it, It was compact and comfortable, the pillows and towels were good. The front desk was very helpful providing us with a quick check in, the check out just needed us to drop the keys in a box. The hotel location is quite good and close to major attraction. A good hotel to stay if you are in Seoul.

The hotel location was really near to Seoul Station (walking distance). It is convenient if you have large luggage to move around. However, please noted that there is two Four-Point hotel in this area and you need to get the right one. Breakfast was ok. room was considered good for Asian guest. One setback is they don't provide toothbrush and toothpaste. But you can purchase it from the hotel which cost KRW4,000 each. There is a C U store just at level 1 which you can get daily need easily. There are some good restaurants nearby the hotel.

The location is excellent providing seamless underground connections to Seoul station. The hotel sent a message just prior to arrival showing directions to exit 12 from Seoul station. That was helpful and much appreciated.

My stay was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. We were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary, yet none of the requests I had made in advance were acknowledged or fulfilled. After a 20-hour journey, our first night was particularly frustrating. The air conditioning in our room stopped working, and although we were moved, it was to a smaller, non-equivalent room. There was no apology or effort made to address the inconvenience. To make matters worse, my sister tried to organise a small surprise for us from Australia, but she was incorrectly told that we were not even staying at the hotel. When I raised this with reception, the explanation given was simply that “the staff are new,” which was not reassuring. My sister attempted again to arrange something, and despite being told it couldn’t be done, a bottle of wine eventually arrived—without any note or acknowledgment. Overall, this was a very disappointing and poorly handled experience, especially given the significance of our celebration.
