駅からも近くで立地的にはいいと思います。 大きい荷物のかたはタクシーで行くほどの距離ではないので確認が必要だと思います。 朝食会場が居酒屋さんで喫煙可なので、たばこのにおいが気になる方にはお勧めしません。 あとその居酒屋さんがフロントに隣接しているので、チェックインの際、フロントに入った瞬間に一瞬ですがたばこのにおいを感じます。部屋はもちろん禁煙なのでにおいはきになりません。 部屋にタンブラーがあり、エレベーターホールにお水のサービスがあるので水を買わなくていいのがGoodなポイントです。

Loved my 4-night stay at Richmond Sapporo-ekimae! Location: Hotel is located in an extremely walkable distance to major stations and landmarks. I spent my days there walking to almost everywhere including Susukino and Tanujikoji - it's also connected via the underground passage connected to the three stations such as Odori Park. Room: Nicely sized and comfortable for couples. I also love the common amenities available, including a water dispenser located beside the lift on each floor. There are laundromats available as well, making it convenient for longer-term guests. Service: Had some interactions with the staff, and they were extremely helpful with my enquiries, including checking on the bus services to the airport. Do note that my interactions were entirely in Japanese so that might have made it easier. Will definitely be back again on my next trip to Sapporo!

The room was very spacious and clean. It was nice having laundry on site and especially one for women only. I also liked that there were free water stations by the elevators! Great location as everything was within walking distance. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

불편한점은 없었습니다. 다만 로비의 삿포로 관광 안내 팜플렛에서, 한국어 소개서는 딱 1종류 뿐이라서 아쉬웠어요. 영어 소개서도 거의 없었던것 같네요. 한국어 소개팜플렛이 더 다양했으면 좋겠어요.
