The room itself is perfect. Hotel staff are polite. We took the Family Room, which the nightly replenished drinks in the mini fridge are complimentary. The breakfast had excellent variety so much so that we could not try everything even when we spent 4 nights there. The only real downside was the complimentary shuttle service which they booked the wrong date for us, but it was still minor - although next time reception need to specify the date clearly to avoid this kind of problem.

The hotel staff service was efficient and excellent. The room was very clean and amenities were well kept. It is also convenient for shopping and local food tasting as Penang Road, Komtar and other shopping places are all within 10-15 minutes walking distance.

We stayed for three nights and appreciated the services throughout our stay. The hotel is surrounded by food vendors of different varieties and price ranges. Great open view from the room (on the 15th floor). Easily to get Grab for transportation. Walking distance to attractions in George Town.

Geweldig
We enjoyed the fact that the Sunway is locally accessible to the hawker stalls and some of the best food in Malaysia. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
