This property needs a lot of help. I had my room changed 4 different times. They are in the process of replacing the old beds which are quite run down and uncomfortable. The new beds are great. There was black mold on the bottom of the windows and on the floor next to bathroom tub. I had a flood in my bathroom from the room above mine. The tv remote control had black electrical tape holding it together, the tape made it very sticky. The staff tried to make me happy but unfortunately nothing they could have done.

When I travel with my wife and two young children, what we value the most are the “little things” the towels, the water pressure, the pillows and they were on point. Also, the breakfast included, good benefit for the guests. My kids and wife also loved it.

Upon first entering the room, which was clean, there was a smell that reminded of carpet being flooded. The room had a heavy humidity which hung in the air with a sour smell. It lasted a few days. The building was very loud. Im not sure if it was because of where the room was situated, but I could hear the sound of water rushing through piping all through the night. Needless to say I didn't sleep well the first few nights. I could hear the family above my room. The child was running, jumping, yelling (playfully) all day the first 2 days. Easily hearing every footstep. I stayed at a king sized single bed room on the other side of the hotel which didn't have any of these issues. I opted for a suite this time around. The extra little space was appreciated, but with all the noise, moisture and humidity didn't feel like a step up.

Parking issues. Rooms were stinking a bit. Staff was cooperating. Breakfast timing was till 9:30. Others hotels have till 10 or 10:30
