The location is wonderful, the beach is literally minutes away, just a short walk across the street. Room is super cute, beds are comfortable

Property was clean and a nice modern design. location was perfect for a quick walk on the beach and the breakfast buffet was clean and good. My check in and check out was the only less desirable experience. When checking in, he was o. The phone and didn’t seem to care enough to make eye contact to acknowledge me just as a courteous customer service jesture. Once I was acknowledged, the only words he said was “ID and credit card” no please and no smile even. When checking out she reached out her hand to take my cards and when I was waiting to see what else I needed to do, she looked at me as if I should know there was nothing else I needed to do and said “That’s it”

First off, the front desk staff were amazing! The room wasn’t bad, but I felt the floor could have been a bit cleaner. There was a gap between the door and the frame but it wasn’t enough to make me feel unsafe. Parking was easy. I’d probably stay here again as St. Augustine might be my need to getaway spot!

It was not very clean. It looked very ran down the refrigerator in the room was not working. The pool looks very dirty. We definitely did not even get in it sadly we were looking forward to it after the beach , cigarette butts all in the parking lot.and food also trash There was an old used open container of alcohol in our room overall would not recommend.

It was clean but no towels at the pool..but my biggest complaint is after paying 185.00 for a one night stay they charge 15.00 plus tax to park your vehicle! 😳..

We have a good experience staying here at BW, staffs were very helpful, room is clean, only thing we dont like is breakfast choices like egg patty was not real egg and sausage texture like rubber.

This hotel location was worth the money; it was clean; the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great and the complimentary reduced fees for the city's trolleys' tour were a good bargain. It was also amazing that guests can access the beach within walking distance. Breakfast was included and very good as well. I was not too happy about paying for parking; housekeeping provided fresh towels daily, but they did not make the beds. Overall, I would stay there again.
