Pool was great, the rooms were acceptable but not super clean. We had an ant problem in our bathroom, but the staff was friendly and moved us without question.

Room was very clean. Bed and pillows are not so comfortable. Bathrooms are small and very dated. Ground on the property are very nice, tropical Hawaii vibe. Plenty of parking.

The hotel is satisfactory. Rooms are outdated. The staff were great! The pool was nice. There was an incident where a kid threw up in the pool and everyone was told to get out. They took correct measures. The hotel was themed for World Cup and that was fun! Location is great!

The room was clean. The pool is huge and the hottub was decently sized too. The location is great! It's very centrally located to almost everything. We went to the Safari Park Zoo and that was our longest drive at 25 minutes (no traffic). Staff was very helpful. The one thing I didn't like was there was no microwave in the room, so leftovers was not an option from any of the many great restaurants in San Diego. You do have to pay for parking, but the lot is huge and it was easy to get a spot close to our room.

There was a bug in my bed, hair in our food, and I felt like the front desk staff was not welcoming - it felt like I was inconveniencing them when asking a question at check in and check out. There’s also no elevators so if you have a lot of luggage it’s hard. The pool bathrooms had green mildew all over the handles to flush in the women’s bathroom. One day at the pool, there were a bunch of people there that didn’t stay at the hotel but brought giant speakers and played inappropriate music while little kids were swimming. The staff at the bar and restaurant were very nice.

For the price it is nice. The interior is definitely dated. The bathroom is kinda icky and tiny. Our bathroom door was somewhat busted. A revamp would significantly help this place so much, changing the binds, wallpaper in the closet, changing doors, etc. Parking was $24 a night.

It is centrally located on Hotel Circle. You can get to the Zoo, Sea World, Old Town. Postcards AM staff was very attentive. Great place to stay.
