Staff was friendly and helpful. View from my room of the Imperial Palace grounds and city was amazing. When I get to visit Tokyo again, I'll choose the Grand Arc Hanzomon!

It's old. It needs a renovation. But, its adequate and does what you need, a place to reast your head and has a teriffic view of the city.

Verbleef met kinderen

Nice room. Awesome view from room to imperial palace green space. We had Japanese breakfast at hotel that was good. Staff were very kind in helping accommodate our 10 month daughter with high chair and bib etc for breakfast. Quiet area is an oasis from bustle of other parts of Tokyo. Close to subway station
