The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful, thoughtful and polite. I have already recommended to other friends who have upcoming trips to Paris. Great location, as well!

Great location. Unfortunately, the room had a wet-room style bathroom that didn’t drain or dry properly, and the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to prevent water from splashing everywhere. The bedroom curtains also didn’t close fully, so light from the courtyard came in around the sides at night. Another issue was the bedside phone, which stayed illuminated all night even after unplugging it, since it has a battery. Finally, the fire alarm went off around 8:30am. There was no real sense of urgency from staff or guests, and when I asked at reception, the staff response was indifferent saying that “a guest was smoking.”
